Role Summary                                                          

The Associate Manager, Sales Operations will play a critical role in partnering with Regional Sales Management to develop advanced customer reporting, analytic dashboards, and customer insights for our ~$400MM GMG business spanning across 150+ countries. This position is responsible for managing and ensuring seamless operations and strategic initiatives for our regional teams. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners to manage day-to-day operations and projects to drive GMG growth.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities  

  • Partner with Regional Sales Management to create advanced customer reporting, analytic dashboards, and customer insights.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of Customer Master Data to ensure data integrity and accuracy to support business operations.
  • Manage customer pricing operations which include supporting the PAF & SKU/Price Amendment requests. Customer Fulfillment transition SKUs.
  • Manage annual customer price increase by collaborating with Commercial teams and Customer Logistics as well as implementing changes in SAP. Providing updates to finance for visibility.
  • Oversee the GMG product portfolio, including brand and SKU changes by communicating, tracking, and implementing changes.
  • Lead the initiative for GMG-related SKUs by partnering with Commercial, Marketing and Demand Planning teams to rationalize SKUs and reduce the risk of write-offs.
  • Manage the GMG Project NPD tracker and support regional product launches and ensure timely execution.
  • Track and facilitate indirect vendor invoice processing for both Corporate and Regional GMG-related expenses.
  • Facilitate Claims Reimbursement support as needed to ensure timely process of claims and minimize credit block on pending orders.
  • Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures for GMG Regional Sales Operations and Lead training sessions to ensure adherence to procedures.

Education and Experience                                                          

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • 5+ years in related field – sales analysis, marketing, finance, international business management experience

Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in sales operations, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce.com and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • May require 10% - 15% domestic and international travel.
