OVERVIEW:

 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older

• Requires open availability starting at 4:00am prior to store opening   

• Accountability - driven position      

• Perform cleaning of facility, including floors, restrooms, trash removal, display items, glass surfaces, etc.

• Due to the time - sensitive nature of our operations, this role demands strict adherence to the to the scheduled hours.

• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information         

• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates & customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.   

• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have prior operations, maintenance experience

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively

 

Targeted Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.DICK'S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid leave requirements.
