Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of loyalty offers, tailored for our traveler communications in key markets providing quality assurance and meticulous attention to detail for all launched offers.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for loyalty offers and lead/participate in necessary meetings to support seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the current loyalty offer processes and tools, striving for continuous improvement and maximizing the return on efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of loyalty offers, assisting with set up of test and learn as necessary.
  • Support the migration of loyalty offers as new capabilities and tools are released.
  • Responsible for timely and error free loyalty offer delivery. Will track deliverables against SLAs.
  • Responsible for triage, and raising loyalty offer issues to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Upon direction, will resolve capability and production queries to ensure team can deliver on time and error free.
  • Participates in conversations with communication owners to understand campaign plans, and supports finding mitigation paths to deliver offers on time and error free.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with large scale promotional and content management tools, demonstrating a proven track record of effectively utilizing complex tools for successful campaign management.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to work with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions for campaign and project issues/blockers, proactively escalating when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders and partners, fostering effective collaboration and alignment with project goals.
  • Strong level of technical experience, showcasing proficiency in navigating and leveraging relevant tools and technologies essential to the role.
