Your role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Offline Channels Sales Lead to drive and accelerate sales performance across Turkey’s key offline channels, including electronic retailers, top distributor customers, and department stores.
This role owns the end-to-end offline channel strategy, leads complex and high-value commercial negotiations, manages senior-level customer relationships, and builds a high-performing sales organization. The role also serves as a senior commercial representative of the company and a strategic partner across internal functions.
Channel & Commercial Strategy
Define and execute the offline channel sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) planning across electronic retailers, distributors, and department stores
Drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across all offline channels
Own channel-level performance, forecasting, and long-term growth planning
Key Account & Distributor Management
Manage strategic relationships with national electronic retailers, key distributors, and top customers
Lead annual commercial negotiations, including trade terms, listings, promotions, and commercial agreements
Ensure strong execution of joint business plans (JBP) with key partners
Oversee distributor performance, governance, and capability development
Leadership & People Management
Lead, coach, and develop sales team
Build a high-performance culture through clear objectives, accountability, and continuous development
Drive talent development, succession planning, and team engagement
Effectively manage peers and collaborate across leadership teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning
Ensure alignment between sales forecasts, demand planning, and supply execution
Contribute to category strategy, portfolio optimization, and pricing decisions
Financial Ownership & Governance
Own P&L responsibility for offline channels
Manage budgets, trade investments, and ROI
Ensure strong commercial governance and compliance with internal policies
You're the right fit if:
Minimum 12 years of progressive sales experience
Minimum 5 years of people management experience
Proven track record in electronic retail, distributor, and/or modern trade environments
Strong background in key account and channel management
Experience managing large-scale commercial portfolios
Demonstrated success leading complex, high-value negotiations
Commercial & Functional Skills
Channel strategy development and GTM execution
Distributor management and commercial contract negotiation
Annual trade agreements, listing management, promotions, and trade terms
P&L ownership, budget control, and financial acumen
Forecasting and demand planning collaboration
Category management and trade marketing coordination
Leadership & Behavioral Competencies
Strong senior stakeholder management
Excellent negotiation skills
High-impact communication and presentation skills

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
