Purpose of the role
To work with the Commercial Compliance Manager UK/Ireland/Nordics Vision, UK Health Care 
Compliance Team and other Compliance support functions to ensure that the UK Vision businesses 
can function and grow in an ethical and legal manner without compromising its effectiveness or 
efficiency. This will be achieved through the development and implementation of programs, which 
will deliver compliant behaviour and initiatives. All work will be advised by the UK/Ireland/Nordics 
Commercial Compliance Manager. This role has responsibility for assisting with the delivery on all 
areas of commercial compliance for the UK Businesses.

What to expect: 
Monitor Access & Correction mailbox and revert to the Compliance Manager for support on requests.
Administration includes processing and approving HCC requests in accordance with HCC SOP’s, 
contracts for fee for services for Health Care Professionals, proof of service follow up and 
reconciliation.
Support Compliance Manager in implementing CC trainings; new staff, new SOPs, refreshing, etc.
Maintain training attendance records.
Work with the Compliance manager to develop and maintain systems to allocated and monitor 
training and the efficiency of the compliance program across the business.
Assisting Compliance Manager in market compliance reviews/audits and quarterly monitoring 
process.
Maintaining accountability with the business to ensure compliance with process and timeframes in 
line with regional and local process and policy.
Support in the identification and development of policy and process documents to support the 
business.
Support Compliance Manager with regular reporting requirements and providing report outputs 
within pre-determined timeframes.
Privacy: Access & Correction coordinator - lead privacy management of mailbox and responses in 
accordance with legal timelines
Ensure execution of external reporting requirements as per local and regional regulations
Coordinate inventory of Third-Party Intermediaries and due diligence status
To constantly review compliance processes to identify any potential for streamlining whilst still 
meeting all commercial compliance requirements.
