About the role

As an NPI Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in bringing innovative residential HVAC products to life. You will lead engineering initiatives that enable successful product launches, ensure manufacturing readiness, and drive continuous improvement. This role directly impacts product quality, cost, and time-to-market while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that matter to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As an NPI Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and allocating engineering resources for the definition and implementation of engineering projects.

  • Leading product improvement initiatives and decision-making related to new technologies.

  • Managing engineering change processes aligned with product and technology updates.

  • Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from concept through manufacturing launch.

  • Ensuring manufacturing readiness, pilot runs, and production ramp-up meet safety, quality, cost, and timing requirements.

  • Driving collaboration across multifunctional teams to ensure successful execution of engineering and manufacturing initiatives.

  • Promoting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are results-driven, collaborative, and passionate about engineering excellence. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Engineering or related engineering areas.

  • Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or product launches.

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

  • Experience working with multifunctional and multicultural teams.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, MBA, or related field.

  • PMO / PMI / PMP certification.

  • Experience in HVAC manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

  • Experience with project management tools.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

  • Experience with CAD/modeling tools such as Creo and SolidWorks.
