We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic

Technical Service Manager, Integrations

to join TecHub Integration & Automation team.

This role includes managing the lifecycle of our integration solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver high performance and managing financials in co-operation with the product manager. You will also have platform ownership, driving strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our integration services.

Since this role includes a wide range of different responsibilities, both technical and non-technical, we expect you to be able to grasp complex tasks in a changing environment and have an open mind and willingness to adapt. As you will be working as part of a team and with our subcontracting partners, we appreciate strong social skills and an overall friendly attitude.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the service delivery, processes, and lifecycle management of the integration platforms, ensuring they align with business objectives and are secure and cost efficient.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that service delivery meets expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and manage external vendors and partners to ensure smooth delivery of integration services.
  • Improve and document integration processes, technical designs, and standard operating procedures.

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

  • Proven experience as a technical manager, preferably with platform management and ownership background
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in integration platforms such as Boomi, Biztalk, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or similar
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
  • Experience in cost and vendor management and negotiating third-party agreements
