This role will lead a team to ensure effective execution of the Operational Readiness Assurance Process.  We are hiring our next Supervisor Project Integration, and it could be you!

What You Will Do:

  • Supervise a team of professionals to help in final acceptance of Liquid Pipeline assets in the USA and Canada.

  • Fully accountable to interface with all project teams (Liquid Pipelines) to identify and track issues through to resolution.

  • Responsible for identifying and tracking project issues throughout the entire lifecycle of a project following regulatory, environmental, health and safety requirements.

  • Facilitation of issue resolution activities across LP departments on projects managed by MP and LP project teams.

  • Assist to ensure compliance with Project Procedures, design standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Responsible for managing integration engineers and specialists’ goals, objectives and job performance.

  • Responsible for providing monthly activity reporting as requested.

  • Responsible for the compilation and review of technical documentation for recommendations to senior management.

  • Responsible for working effectively within a team structure.

Who You Are:

You have all the required education and experience below:

  • A Professional Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience that includes a minimum of 4 years project and operations experience and 1 year of leadership experience respectively or a related degree with extensive proven experience in leading projects involving several internal and external stakeholders.

  • Professional Engineering designation

  • Knowledge of financial and administrative processes as well as human resources management.

  • Proficient leadership, project management, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

  • A good collaborative work style.

  • Ability to travel and work throughout North America.
