Job Description:

• Contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including configuration of technical infrastructure components, business focused testing and training

• Basic object oriented programming principles 

• Has experience writing scripts

• Understands task level requirements and can translate them into solutions

• Takes responsibility for their own work

• Contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, engagement management, configuration of technical infrastructure components, business focused testing and training

• Minimum Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or any Certified Implementation Specialist credential
