The Role

We’re looking for a Real Estate Business Analyst to support our Site Selection Directors and Transaction Managers across key markets in EMEA. This role combines operational coordination, financial tracking, and data management making it a great fit for someone who enjoys structure, teamwork, and purpose-driven work.

You’ll help ensure the successful delivery of our real estate strategy, while also identifying ways to improve processes and tools. If you're excited by the idea of supporting growth, solving problems, and working with diverse teams, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Administrative Support

• Manage financial processes using Yardi, including purchase orders, invoicing, and variance reporting
• Track and report on budget performance and financial transactions
• Prepare and manage regular reports using Smartsheet and Salesforce
• Coordinate NDA processes and third-party onboarding with internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a point of contact for Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations, and Compliance requests

Project Coordination & Documentation

• Support the scheduling of meetings, travel, and team events
• Document meeting outcomes and action items
• Maintain organised records and documentation across platforms including SharePoint
• Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives

Data & Tool Management

• Serve as the EMEA point of contact for our Geospatial Tool: manage access, update site data, and maintain mapping layers
• Manage data inputs, data governance and reporting in Smartsheet and Salesforce
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across platforms and systems

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Commercial Real Estate, Surveying, Business Management, or a related field is desirable but not necessary.
• Experience in commercial real estate transactions is highly valued
• Multilingual skills are an asset particularly in German, French, or Spanish in addition to fluent English
• Familiarity with tools such as Yardi or other real estate financial platforms is a plus

Technical Skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Geospatial Tool platforms is an advantage
• Comfortable with tools like SharePoint, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Salesforce
• Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and platforms
