Summary of Role: As the Global Supply Chain Lead for Corporate Professional Services, you will oversee and manage the company’s corporate shared services categories, which include human resources, legal, consulting, risk, finance, risk, and executive consulting. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
Partner with executive business stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies that meet those needs.
Conduct market research and identify potential vendors, including leading service providers, niche solution providers, and emerging players.
Manage the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, including vendor selection, negotiation of contracts, and contract finalization.
Foster strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating optimal pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Implement cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for spend consolidation and optimization.
Oversee junior supply chain professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
Implement and manage a staff augmentation Managed Services Program (MSP).
Track and analyze sourcing performance metrics, including cost savings, contract optimization, and supplier performance.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Education – Bachelor’s in business, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
Experience - Minimum 15 years in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or professional services.
Travel - Up to 10%
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing corporate services sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings and value.
Experience negotiating with large professional services companies, including management consultancies, benefits providers, auditors, law firms, and other professional services companies
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience using SAP Ariba for the procure-to-pay function at a large enterprise.
Expected Salary Range
$116,200.00 - $239,500.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
