BASIC PURPOSE:
Supports the cross-functional coordination and planning of the go‑to‑market strategy for Inofab devices, with a key focus on enabling the integration of Inofab devices into the Clario portfolio. Collaborates with critical teams including, but not limited to, commercial, product management, regulatory, logistics and customer care to help bring these devices to market. Contributes to the development and maintenance of the master plan across teams, communicates agreed expectations and timelines, and helps maintain alignment between key personnel and leadership. Assists in the rollout and further penetration of Clario Respiratory into the healthcare market.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Contribute to and execute integration activities for Inofab devices within the broader respiratory portfolio, working under the direction of senior team members and leadership.
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of cross‑functional planning documents for go‑to‑market plans across products (e.g., Inofab SpiroHome) and markets (e.g., Healthcare).
- Partner closely with Product Development and other functional teams to capture and document features and requirements, review user stories and product requirements, and support release planning and prioritization to ensure alignment with business and market needs.
- Collaborate with Operations to gather operational requirements, review user stories for new products and services, and support initiatives that improve productivity and execution.
- Create and maintain shared awareness of go‑to‑market plans by preparing and distributing relevant updates and materials across teams.
- Communicate agreed expectations, milestones, and timelines to stakeholders; proactively escalate risks or schedule slippage to senior leadership as appropriate.
- Track progress against established timelines, identify risks or issues, and support corrective actions to help teams meet deadlines.
- Contribute analysis and input into strategic discussions related to expansion within the healthcare market.
- Identify and propose innovative, practical solutions to challenges raised by cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proactively seek opportunities to streamline processes and accelerate performance and deliverables within the scope of assigned work.
- Distill complex problems into clear, concise summaries and recommended options, and communicate these effectively to team members and, when needed, to leadership.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a project or program management role, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of, or experience within, the healthcare and/or medical device market.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating work across a complex, matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, including product development, operations, logistics, customer care, and commercial teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly.
