Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Temporary People Trainee to join our dynamic People team. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in various areas of the employee lifecycle.

As a People Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and be involved in impactful projects related to recruitment, training, employee development, culture, and more. This position will provide valuable exposure to various HR functions and serve as a strong foundation for your career in People management.

What you'll do:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the recruitment process.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate on the coordination and delivery of training sessions, track attendance, and gather feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Support initiatives aimed at improving workplace climate and strengthening organizational culture, such as events, surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Performance and Development: Assist in the preparation and follow-up of performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR processes, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

What you'll need:

  • Degrees in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields (Graduated or students)
  • Advanced Level of English.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous internship or academic experience in HR is a plus but not required.
  • A proactive attitude with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
