ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (KEY TASKS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE THE POSITION'S OBJECTIVES)
- Design, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate content calendars and campaign planning activities.
- Develop and manage automated communication workflows, including welcome series, lead nurturing, promotional campaigns, and re-engagement programs.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve key metrics.
- Ensure email deliverability best practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Create engaging visual content aligned with business objectives while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Execute demand generation and brand awareness initiatives to drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and stay current with emerging digital marketing trends.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

- Support the creation of visual assets for social media and develop content for social media platforms.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (MINIMUM COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESSFUL JOB PERFORMANCE)
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms.
- Experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and/or Canva Pro.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance analysis.
- Basic HTML knowledge for email creation and editing (preferred).
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer data management (preferred).
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and campaign performance analysis.
- Experience creating graphic design assets for digital channels and marketing campaigns.
