The T-7 Growth Program Manager is responsible for incorporating all key Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) into our growth offerings. Ensures seamless coordination of deliverables, communication, and PMBP across program IPTs and T-7 leadership team. Prepares, coordinates, and facilitates proposal execution, manages program baselines and change management, risk/issue/opportunity management and program performance utilizing established metrics.
Integrates across IPTs and Functions by coordinating program efforts, resolving cross team issues and general insurances of overall program performance. Maintains operating rhythms, ensures adherence to Enterprise Standard Gated process criteria and deliverables, facilitates help needed, root cause corrective action, and lessons learned for the program structure and responsibilities, controls, resource definition/requirements, performance management systems/processes, IT and Product Data Management administration, program export controls, and quality.
In addition, this position will manage growth configurations needs in support of the Global Sales and Marketing (GS&M) teams. These elements will be documented initially in the program’s functional support plans. This position will be responsible for the establishment of the program’s Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Following program start-up, this position will be responsible for the maintenance and updating of the IMS throughout all phases of the program, including regularly performed schedule risk analyses. This position will be responsible for the program preparation and facilitation of the Enterprise Standard Gate Process (ESGP), the baseline and change management processes, risk/issue/opportunity management, affordability, program conops/drumbeat, and root cause corrective actions and recovery planning when necessary.
This position will support SSM synergy projects and other joint initiatives to expand business growth opportunities and to reduce operational costs. It will partner with GS&M closely and supply chain as we look at partnerships in non-US markets. This position has broad responsibilities for program start-up and execution and will provide leadership in support of a critical franchise program in the Bomber and Fighter portfolio.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
