Designed as a fast-track, rotational graduate program, this opportunity is for high-potential individuals aiming for future commercial leadership roles. The successful candidate will gain extensive, practical experience across all key business and commercial functions.
Role-Specific Accountabilities
Dive into strategy. Execute brand plans, market analysis, and drive commercial success in therapeutic areas.
Become a bridge between science and clinical practice! Learn about medical affairs, engage Key Opinion Leaders(KOLs), and contribute to impactful medical strategies aligned with innovation.
Develop technical expertise! Explore drug approval processes, safety monitoring, clinical development, and operational excellence.
Master business economics! Gain People Leader(P&L) management skills, financial insights, and drive supply chain efficiency.
Role-Specific Requirements
A completed Bachelor's Degree (minimum NQF Level 7) in a Commercial, Medical, or Science discipline
Demonstrated leadership experience (academic or extracurricular) is required
Previous high-impact internship experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries is advantageous
Exceptional academic achievement
Go-getter mindset
Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language
