The Position

Designed as a fast-track, rotational graduate program, this opportunity is for high-potential individuals aiming for future commercial leadership roles. The successful candidate will gain extensive, practical experience across all key business and commercial functions.

Role-Specific Accountabilities

• Dive into strategy. Execute brand plans, market analysis, and drive commercial success in therapeutic areas.

• Become a bridge between science and clinical practice! Learn about medical affairs, engage Key Opinion Leaders(KOLs), and contribute to impactful medical strategies aligned with innovation.

• Develop technical expertise! Explore drug approval processes, safety monitoring, clinical development, and operational excellence.

• Master business economics! Gain People Leader(P&L) management skills, financial insights, and drive supply chain efficiency.

Role-Specific Requirements

• A completed Bachelor's Degree (minimum NQF Level 7) in a Commercial, Medical, or Science discipline

• Demonstrated leadership experience  (academic or extracurricular) is required

• Previous high-impact internship experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries is advantageous

• Exceptional academic achievement

• Go-getter mindset

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language
