Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. - Customize and configure CRM entities, forms, workflows, and plugins. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements. - Design and implement CRM solutions to meet business needs. - Perform unit testing and debugging of CRM applications. - Ensure the security and integrity of CRM data. - Troubleshoot and resolve CRM application issues. - Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies. - Train end-users on CRM functionality and best practices. - Document technical specifications and system configurations. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CRM integration and customization. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture. - Experience in developing and implementing CRM solutions. - Knowledge of CRM customization tools and techniques. - Familiarity with CRM security models and data migration strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
