As an integral part of the Pumpkin Experience team, you’ll be a champion for our users, our brand, and our mission of ‘Unconditional Love, Uncompromising Care’. You’ll be a creative force pushing innovation with every opportunity. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Underwriting teams to craft visually stunning experiences for pets, their owners, and our internal staff who make pet insurance possible. You will work to prioritize strategic initiatives across the roadmap to hit business goals, execute beautiful product enhancements & new features that drive Pumpkin forward in the industry, You’ll understand and improve their impact and effectiveness in creating seamless tools for vets, help pet owners understand the complexities of insurance and wellness products, and streamline workflows for internal claims adjusters. As a passionate design leader, creative problem solver, and collaborator, you’ll help elevate our products and design creative solutions that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
This will be a hybrid position, with a minimum requirement of 2-3 days a week in the New York City office.
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000- $130,000 (annually). Compensation may vary outside the listed range, based on a number of factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, performance, skills, and experience. The compensation range listed is just one component of Pumpkin’s total compensation package for employees. Total compensation packages, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short or long-term incentives. If hired, employees will be in an ‘at-will position’ and Pumpkin reserves the right to modify compensation (as well as any other discretionary payment or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
