Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience to over 10 million personal and small business customers. Within RBS, the Everyday Products team builds innovative, value-creating products for all Australians. Our mission is to drive sustainable growth of everyday transaction accounts by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll join the Everyday Customer Segment Value Stream, focusing on leading experiences and propositions for our Young Adult Segment squad. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers and engineers to solve hard problems in ways our customers love, while delivering for the business.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll shape and scale bold propositions that solve real customer problems, making banking frictionless, insightful and empowering. With innovation at the forefront, it’s a fascinating time to join the team.

Your experience will be key in designing and executing initiatives that align with customer and business priorities. You’ll use data, customer research and agile ways of working to ensure we’re building products our customers love, and that work for our business.

In your first 12–18 months, you will:

  • Problem-solve and experiment with new everyday propositions, aligned to our product vision and strategy
  • Validate ideas through customer research, data insights and rapid testing
  • Recommend and deliver initiatives that drive NPS and sustainable growth, navigating governance frameworks
  • Design end-to-end journeys from discovery to launch across mobile, web and core platforms
  • Partner across engineering, design, analytics, risk and operations for smooth delivery and iteration
  • Influence teammates, stakeholders and leaders through data and logic

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital products, ideally in fintech, banking or high-growth platforms
  • Deep customer obsession and strategic mindset
  • Ability to translate trends, data and insights into clear product direction
  • Strong product discovery, experimentation and agile delivery skills
  • Technical fluency across mobile, APIs and backend systems
  • High standards for UX, performance, reliability and accessibility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Growth mindset and learning agility
  • Risk awareness and proactive approach to identifying and managing risks
  • Tertiary qualification in business or related field
