Under the supervision of the Director, Talent Management, the Senior Advisor, Talent Management plays a strategic role in designing and implementing programs that strengthen organizational capability, accelerate leadership development, and ensure a robust talent pipeline. This position partners with HR leaders and business stakeholders to integrate performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and recognition practices aligned with the organization’s culture and strategic priorities. The incumbent will focus on value-driven activities and the deployment of redefined programs that support our culture evolution. Every initiative will aim to increase organizational performance, enhance accountability at every level, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 8+ years in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management within complex organizations.
Strong expertise in HR systems (Workday preferred).
Proven ability to design and implement integrated talent strategies.
Excellent communication, influence, and change management skills.
Advanced analytical and project management capabilities
Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent (preferred).
