About the Role

Specialist, Corporate Solutions - Renewal

1.    根据操作规则，在权限范围内进行资料的录入及审核，确保在时效内按时按质完成日常工作

2.    定期进行工作回顾，给予流程规则的优化建议，定期进行质量检查及分析。

3.    对分公司反馈的问题案件及时跟进，确保得到妥善处理，维护互信良好的沟通渠道

4.    充分配合部门各业务高峰期的节点安排，确保续保案件的处理时效和质量

5.    参与部门服务类、业务类的项目工作，给与专业支持

 

岗位要求:

1.本科或以上学历；3年以上团险核保工作经验

2.具有独立工作、分析问题和解决问题的能力；

3.高度责任心，较强的学习能力，能在压力下工作
