Position Summary

Join our D2C team! We’re looking for someone experienced in consumer operations who can work efficiently and independently.

Role and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and continuously improving the demand forecasting process by integrating historical data, installed base, e-commerce trends, and local market forecasts.
  • Involving in analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas, facilitating regular demand review meetings, and proactively adjusting planning strategies based on market intelligence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and decision-making frameworks through cross-functional collaboration that includes: division SCM, factory, Sales,
  • Govern and oversee high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with strategic company goals.
  • Ticket management in ticketing tool in operation connected with stock availability
  • Closely monitor and plan new product launches and promotional activities together with Commercial and Sales
  • Seek for work efficiency and bring improvement or automation ideas

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management
  • Strong analytical and mathematical mindset with advanced skills in data processing and analytical tools.
  • Strong project and change management skills, including stakeholder management and excellent communication abilities.
  • Solid priority-setting skills and efficient work organization in a dynamic business environment
  • Ideally prior experience with analytical platform & performance tools
  • Proficiency in ERP and S&OP systems, Advanced in Power Point & Excel
  • Good work organization
  • Strong English both writing and speaking
  • Passion
