Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing regional operational and physical security programs, to include supervising multiple regional investigators who conduct sales, fraud, integrity, and other criminal and policy violations investigations. The Regional Security Manager, Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day security operations and for ensuring effective implementation of security programs for all California Region locations, assesses and evaluates the type and level of security risks facing operations and implements programs to incorporate threat mitigation into strategic business planning. Programs include, but are not limited physical security systems, employee security, contract guard force management, security investigations, and security awareness training for all employees. Develops physical security recommendations to facilitate the protection of Company property/assets from loss and facilitates security awareness training to employees. This position is also responsible for managing the development of investigative plans, managing the implementation of headquarters and Division directives, and serve as the lead Security subject matter expert consultant to the Regional Senior Leadership Team.Job Description

Primary Location Pay Range: This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $132,603.71 - $176,804.95 USD.Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
