As an Inventory Clerk I, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and availability of our inventory, directly supporting our manufacturing operations and our mission to improve patient lives. Based on-site and reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will work as part of a collaborative team in a structured and process-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to develop foundational skills in inventory management and logistics.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Ensure inventories are secure, properly identified, and readily accessible to authorised personnel
• Maintain controls over various types of inventories, including raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with inventory records
• Verify quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Analyse inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales requirements to ensure availability

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Diploma or equivalent or CFC, in logistics, commerce, or a related field is an advantage
• No prior experience required — full training will be provided; a first experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures with consistency and accuracy
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks in a structured, process-driven environment
• Basic computer literacy: familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
