Lead Customer Service Representative
Description:
Our CSRs are one of the most valuable staff members at South & Washington County Veterinary Hospital located in Wakefield, Rhode Island. Minutes from the beach and other local favorites, our hospitals remain a prime location to work and build positive relationships.
We are looking for someone to continue to build and lead a strong positive team.
CSR’s pay close attention to detail of our client’s needs and wants, provide clear communication and explanation of all services.
Other duties include clerical, scheduling appointments and payment processing and other duties related to veterinary care.
Most importantly, we expect our CSR’s to make our clients and pets feel welcome and give individual attention to every client and every phone call.
Our CSR’s are usually expected to have background in veterinary knowledge and continuous learning and education to improve in all areas of position.

Leadership:
Train new staff on hospital protocols, PIMS, communication platforms, and customer service skills
Monitor the progress of CSR training and directly report to the team manager
Monitor any weak spots the team may face and provide feedback to the team manager to formulate plans for improvement
Enforce the use of daily task lists to be completed by the CSR team, and ensure each member is responsible and accountable for their assigned roles
Set the example for other CSR's to use positive verbiage with clients, de-escalate client conflicts and inter staff issues
FULL TIME
$20-$23 based on experience
Washington County Veterinary Hospital
Monday to Friday 8:00AM-7:00PM
Saturday 8:00AM-2:00PM
South County Veterinary Hospital
Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
