Position Summary
As the Senior Manager, Medicare Pharmacy Management & Operations, you will be accountable for leading the implementation of business projects and programs and managing operations within the Medicare Pharmacy space. Medicare pharmacy includes drug benefits for PDP, MAPD ( including various SNP), MA only for both Individual and employer group membership. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert impacting processes, systems, products, and/or functions. Responsible for overseeing and problem-solving daily operations issues and coordinating with various business partners across pharmacy as well as within Medicare product, PBM, vendors focused on the delivery of pharmacy benefits. You will partner with leadership and other business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives, including profitable growth, regulatory compliance and improved organizational effectiveness.

Because Medicare is a highly matrixed and regulated environment- on time and acute delivery is a fundamental to our business. This position will require the ability to oversee and coordinate both within the Medicare pharmacy organization and collaborative partners Medicare Pharmacy project plans, timely reporting and progress updates.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading projects.

  • Experience managing complex processes that require strong attention to detail

  • Experience partnering with cross functional teams proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word

  • Project management business and software experience Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and professional work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
