As the Creative Specialist for Stryker’s Instruments Division, you will have the opportunity to shape the visual narrative of our brand, creating impactful and engaging designs that resonate with our audience. You will be at the forefront of our creative initiatives ranging from divisional engagement events, communications, presentations and product promotions, turning ideas into compelling visuals that drive our mission forward. This is a dynamic, highly collaborative and high exposure role requiring creativity, strategic planning and tactical execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

·       Ensure visuals are consistent and reflect the brand standards, mission, values, culture and strategic priorities of the organization

·       Generate and update visual content for existing communication channels, including print and digital

·       Develop visual assets for internal and external events, ensuring a cohesive and engaging attendee experience

·       Design layouts and graphics for company newsletters that enhance readability and engagement

·       Support facility signage and accessibility materials

·       Design visually appealing and informative presentations for leadership

·       Collaborate with the teams to create compelling promotional materials that drive awareness

·       Update and maintain internal design files for shared access

·       Proactively seek, embrace and develop collaborative relationships working alongside cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed and regulated global environment

·       Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design deliverables

·       Identify and prioritize projects to ensure efficient use of resources

·       Proactive communication regarding project status and issues to stakeholders as appropriate

·       Stay abreast of company developments and industry trends

WHAT YOU NEED:

·       Bachelors degree required

·       2+ years of work experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field is required

·       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools preferred.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) preferred.

Travel Percentage: 10%
