Job Description:
The Customer Care Representative serves as a primary ambassador for Cambria, ensuring the delivery of superior service to both business partners and end consumers. This role is instrumental in maintaining positive brand representation while providing essential support to various internal departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide superior service to our business partners and customers by seeking and understanding the needs and expectations of internal and external customers
Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, collaborating cross-functionally within the company to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of all customer requests and inquiries
Oversee the entry and verification of diverse product orders, ensuring precision and adherence to company standards
Manage escalated inquiries and claims with a high degree of professionalism, utilizing critical thinking to determine and execute appropriate resolutions via telephone and written correspondence
Maintain meticulous and prompt records of all customer interactions
Participate in a rotation of duties among fellow team members to support team objectives
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to represent Cambria with enthusiasm and sincerity over the phone
Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and sincerely
Strong critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrate a positive attitude as well as participate in an engaged, enthusiastic culture
High level of attention to detail
Experience working with multiple computer monitors and reference points
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Customer service, data entry and contact center experience preferred but not required
Systems: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, AutoCAD is a plus

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally / sparingly (office supplies, packages, samples), may need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally, prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
