About the Role

Assists department head in formulating and implementing effective business strategic plans to promote the corporate clients businesses through agency visits and client briefings, and to ensure all business targets are met.

1.    Sales Support (70%)

        Promotes and motivates agency in doing Corporate Clients businesses

        and develops effective promotion campaign in order to achieve the

        assigned sales/ business targets.

        -    Achieves assigned sales targets within time frame set;

        -    Motivates more agents to do pension business through agency visits and

             Meetings;

        -    Provides sales support and training to agency

        -    Conducts presentation to clients and prospects for both sales and client

             Services;

        -    Collects market information and updates it to agency;

        -    Assists supervisor to oversee the Worksite business in Macau by providing

             new initiatives, organizing sales activities and conducting regular business

             reviews to achieve business targets.

2.    Customer Service (20%)

Provides excellent and efficient service to Corporate Clients customers and agency in order to maintain the existing clients and after sales support to agency.

  • Works closely with Corporate Clients Servicing team to provide servicing support to our corporate clients;
  • Conduct regular client visits and immediately feedback to agency;
  • Handles enquiry hotlines and walk-in enquiry for both clients and agency;
  • Conducts regular business and service reviews to ensure our service is up to standard and customers’ satisfaction is met;
  • Looks for continuous improvement to strive for operational efficiency and customers’ satisfaction.

3.   Other responsibilities (10%)

      Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor

      in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University/ College graduate plus minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong decision making and analytical skills;
  • Effective public speaking and training skills;
  • Good customer services mindset;
  • Practical knowledge and experience in private pension & group product and servicing;
  • Strong staff coaching/ counseling skills.
