<title>About the role</title>

In this role, you will contribute to one of the most critical teams within the Bolt organization. You will be involved in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, business modelling, and strategic projects. You will be a strategic partner to numerous HQ, regional, and cross-functional teams, supporting them with performance reporting, financial planning, and KPI setting.

This role requires excellent technical & modelling skills, fluency in working with big data sets, confident business judgement, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills combined with prominent reporting & corporate finance knowledge.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Own end-to-end budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.</point>
  • <point>Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance to identify trends and explain variances against targets.</point>
  • <point>Collaborate with local and central teams to define, track, and improve KPIs.</point>
  • <point>Support strategic decision-making through ad hoc financial and industry analyses.</point>
  • <point>Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to management reporting improvements with Financial Controlling.</point>
  • <point>Develop and continuously refine long-term business models.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, business valuation (Big-4), or financial planning & analysis.</point>
  • <point>You have strong expertise in financial and business modeling, and budgeting tools, and are proficient in G-Sheets and Excel; basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.</point>
  • <point>You have basic experience with BI and data visualization tools and can translate complex ecosystems into financial models.</point>
  • <point>You have excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.</point>
  • <point>You are flexible and can work under tight deadlines in a dynamic tech environment.</point>
  • <point>You are fluent in English with strong communication skills.</point>
