About the Role:

A Readiness Services team member within CrowdStrike Services is a key partner helping our valued customers achieve their strategic objectives and maximize the value of their relationship with CrowdStrike Services. As a member of the Retainer Management team, you will serve as a liaison between the customer and the CrowdStrike Services ecosystem, helping accelerate and optimize value delivery to the customer. 

  • Do you have experience managing relationships with cybersecurity managers and executives across a range of industries and company sizes?

  • Have you previously advised clients on their cybersecurity priorities, strategies, and objectives?

  • Do you enjoy building strategic relationships with customers, developing success plans, and assisting Sales team members with renewals?

What You'll Do:

  • Act as an advisor and relationship manager for Incident Response retainer customers.

  • Execute regular coordination with retainer customer through welcome calls, customer Check-Ins and QBRs, and post-engagement wrap-up sessions.

  • Help clients integrate CrowdStrike Services into their roadmaps, build use plans for retainers, scope engagements, and schedule service delivery.

  • Help orchestrate overall relationships with key Services customers

  • Coordinate closely with Sales team members to develop in-depth understanding of customer strategies and initiatives and serve as a key advocate for CrowdStrike Services as enablers of customer success.

  • Engage with CrowdStrike Services leadership and other internal stakeholders to develop processes and maintain business operations for new and legacy Readiness Services functions.

  • Cement yourself as a trusted/strategic advisor with customers and drive continued value of our services and products.

  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-functionally within CrowdStrike and manage customer concerns.

  • Maintain technical and operational knowledge of the CrowdStrike Services and products.

  • Support the team’s objective of providing consistently exceptional service.

 

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in some combination of: incident response service management, relationship management for retainer customers, cybersecurity sales, and/or cybersecurity advisory consulting services.

  • Experience with building and growing strategic relationships with customers, specifically focusing on executives, program leads, and key program managers.

  • Experience in customer-facing project management with a keen eye toward customer service.

  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced professional services environment – including balancing competing priorities while still maintaining focus on details.

  • Experience in technical and creative problem solving, coupled with the analytical expertise to develop and oversee business processes.

  • Excellent client management skills

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $90,000 - $135,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
