Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects and ensuring their success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with sponsors, managing scope and risk, and driving profitability. You will also proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects. - Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk. - Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost. - Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. - Lead the delivery of technology projects. - Ensure successful project delivery. - Manage service quality and cost. - Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk. - Support sales through innovative solutions. - Deliver projects with excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Advanced proficiency in Service Desk Resolution Management. - Strong understanding of technology project management. - Experience in managing large, complex technology projects. - Proficiency in project management frameworks. - Experience in driving profitability and managing service quality and cost. - Experience in supporting sales through innovative solutions. - Experience in delivering projects with excellence. - Experience in collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. - Experience in leading technology project delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Advanced Service Desk Resolution Management. - This position is based in Manila.
