Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement overall go-to-market strategies for regional and group-level initiatives, including marketing campaigns, launches, and market development activities for assigned market portfolios.
- Collaborate closely with the Route Revenue team to optimize route performance, focusing on load factors and Revenue per Available Seat Kilometer (RASK).
- Partner with the MOVE team to enhance digital channel and platform performance across all markets—improving flight search, seat sales, conversion rates, cost per conversion, and user acquisition.
- Oversee the group’s creative function, ensuring alignment with ABC on brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Ensure smooth marketing operations, maintaining the welfare and well-being of the marketing team.
- Manage relationships with all marketing stakeholders in AOC/POS, including media agencies and business partners, both internal and external.
- Leverage creative and cost-effective channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AirAsia, building consistent brand awareness and driving conversions and bookings.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador for AirAsia, enhancing the global visibility of the brand within the travel and e-commerce industries.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Min 10 years of relevant working experience, with 5 years experiences in leading a team
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to promote collaboration and goodwill among teams.
- Ability to maintain order and harmony within the team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of data, campaign performance metrics, and business financials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic, while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to embrace change.
- Team player, capable of working independently when necessary.
- Basic knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior across all AirAsia markets.
