Position Overview

  • The Data Analyst is a key member of our MarTech team, responsible for harnessing the power of data to drive impactful business decisions. 
  • Candidates should possess hands-on experience with leading digital analytics platforms, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. Demonstrated expertise in configuring, maintaining, and interpreting web analytics data is essential. The ability to design and implement tracking strategies, generate actionable insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders will be highly valued. Familiarity integration of analytics with other business intelligence tools is considered an asset.
  • With at least two years of hands-on experience, you will analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful insights, and craft compelling narratives that inspire strategic action across the organization. Your adept storytelling will ensure that data is not only understood but embraced and acted upon at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analyses and apply data mining techniques to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate analytical findings into clear recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver powerful data-driven presentations and visualizations that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Simplify complex analyses into actionable insights through engaging storytelling, ensuring data influences decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation in analytics workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information System, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a proven ability to tell stories with data that drive action and change.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect insights to organizational strategy and objectives.
  • A detail-oriented mindset paired with an innovative, problem-solving approach.
  • Experience working in multicultural, collaborative teams.
  • Experience in digital and channel data is an advantage.
