You Are:
A dynamic and experienced Public Service Oracle Cloud FIN Functional Lead with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
Play a pivotal role in providing functional leadership and expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials (FIN) solutions specifically tailored for public service organizations.
Lead and manage Oracle Cloud FIN implementation projects for public service clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing their financial processes using Oracle Cloud FIN modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle Cloud FIN to meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower client teams in utilizing Oracle Cloud FIN effectively.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud FIN functionality, staying updated on the latest product features, enhancements, and industry trends.
Lead and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the Oracle Cloud FIN domain.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery methodologies, tools, and templates.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What You Need:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Applications.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud FIN implementation projects, with a focus on public service organizations.
Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
Minimum of 1 certification in Oracle Cloud FIN (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Specialist) preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Bonus Points If:
You have good Cross-Functional understanding of other Oracle Cloud products.
You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment.
You have prior experience working for a consulting firm.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
