A Day in the Life

We are now looking for a driven and clinically curious Sales Representative to join our Nordic Aortic & PVH team, focusing on vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists across South/North Sweden. If you thrive in high-impact clinical environments and enjoy building strong, long-term relationships with specialists, this could be your next challenge where you can help shape the future of vascular care.
You will be responsible for driving growth and developing the Aortic and Peripheral Vascular Health portfolio within your territory. This means being present in the OR and Cath lab, supporting advanced endovascular procedures, identifying new business opportunities, and working strategically to expand accounts.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and key hospital stakeholders
  • Provide education, case support, and product expertise in complex procedures
  • Drive sales performance within the Aortic & PVH portfolio in your assigned territory
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to structure solutions and support complex agreements

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in medical device, MedTech, or healthcare sales
  • Experience working with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, OR or Cath lab environments is highly valued
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Swedish and English.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage moderately complex accounts
  • A proactive, resilient, and collaborative approach
  • Experience in tender processes
  • Relationship-driven team player who can also work independently with high motivation.
