Product & Domain Knowledge: Lead efforts to improve knowledge-sharing within the tech team, ensuring teams stay informed on products and market trends.
Ensure Visibility: Make product strategy and decisions visible across the business, linking product bets to business outcomes.
Planning Efficiency: Streamline monthly and quarterly planning processes, reducing manual work and maintaining strategic focus.
Tech Calendar & Event Ownership: Ensure alignment across teams on key milestones and deadlines.
Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement operational improvements, defining and establishing measurement frameworks to track both qualitative and quantitative metrics for continuous monitoring and improvement.
