Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives, from ideation to delivery.
  • Utilize expertise in low-code platforms like Appian, Celonis, and Tableau to design and implement tailored solutions.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.
  • Combine deep practical knowledge with strong analytical skills to optimize business processes and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Manage both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
  • Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product/Program Manager, Digital Transformation or similar role.
  • Experience with low-code platforms like Appian, Celonis, and Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working in a banking or regulatory environment required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Proven ability to manage large and diverse teams.
  • 15+ years' experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
