India Corporate Logistic Specialist

Your Role

• Execute global and regional logistics strategies in India
• Manage commercial/sourcing for India domestic warehousing and road transport
• lead RFQ processes, oversee logistics contract lifecycle (Ensure Ariba, Icertis for compliance)
• Handle daily sourcing requests, prepare new project business cases, and optimize underperforming suppliers
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations (domestic, import, export)
• Drive supplier onboarding, monitor KPI performance and conduct periodic business reviews
• Resolve operational escalations (claims, critical shipments), and lead network engineering & cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure freight bill audit compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production Control, Sales, Purchasing, Trade Compliance, Finance)
• To meet procurement needs and manage plant/BU logistics finance BBP performance.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• 8+ years of logistics experience (operations, sourcing, supply chain)
• Deep knowledge of India’s market conditions, cost structures, and resource networks
• Strong logical thinking, data insights, and forward-looking category strategy
• capabilities; adept at extracting value from complex data
• Proven track record in logistics bidding, process bottleneck identification, and implementation of optimization solutions
• Excellent negotiation, cross-departmental collaboration, and communication skills  
• Handle complex business scenarios
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
