We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in West Greece.

This role carries full responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the region, including service, modernization, repairs, and new equipment activities. The position requires a hands-on leader who can drive execution, develop teams, and deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver regional P&L performance, including revenue growth and profitability
  • Lead and develop teams across field operations, sales, and support functions
  • Ensure effective execution of maintenance, repair, and modernization activities
  • Drive portfolio growth, customer retention, and service quality
  • Monitor and improve key operational KPIs (productivity, cost efficiency, backlog execution)
  • Collaborate with central functions (Sales, Field Operations, Finance, HR)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in a branch, regional, or business unit leadership role with P&L responsibility
  • Experience in the elevator & escalator industry or a comparable technical service environment managing:
    • Maintenance portfolios
    • Repair and modernization activities
    • Field operations teams
  • Strong operational and financial acumen
  • Experience managing technicians, supervisors, and multi-site operations
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
  • Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
