Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives. Your role includes analyzing requirements, contributing to application design, and ensuring that the developed software effectively supports business operations. Throughout the day, you will interact with cross-functional teams to gather insights and provide input that shapes the software development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product meets the intended goals and delivers value to the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain progress and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
- Ability to optimize code and improve system performance within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with SAP modules integration and understanding of business processes.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Capability to work with database procedures and leverage HANA-specific features for enhanced application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
