Job purpose:

The Business Support Team (BST) is responsible for administrative and focused support for our organization.

Supporting and unburden the internal customers from administrative tasks is key, so that they can focus on their core tasks. You are the contact person for questions, requests, or problems.

The position is characterized by versatility and proactivity.

In this role you will…

The responsibilities of a BST Assistant are:

  • Manage of job orders and purchase orders

  • Support, coordinate and draft contracts

  • Handle of business correspondence

  • Provide correct information and communication support: centralize and disseminate information, manage team documents and maintain department's intranet page

  • Interact with stakeholders to understand and improve business requests.

  • Proactively contribute to improving the quality of work and processes

Other responsibilities of the BST and area for growth:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings with employees and/or customers: arrange meeting rooms, stands, materials and mailings

  • Support and coordinate with printworks and materials

  • MBO/HBO level of working and thinking skills

  • Language: Dutch and English

  • Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and different GSK systems.

  • Accurate, result- and customer-oriented

  • Proactive and flexible working style

  • Planning & organizing skills.

  • Effective team player

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Proven administrative experience or experience from a similar domain.

  • Experience with specific software (SAP, Veeva Vault)

  • High execution mindset
