As an Assistant Project Manager you will:
Be responsible for overseeing, managing and reporting upon the end-to-end delivery of projects
Devise, establish and implement systems and project management processes to effectively develop the project brief and programme
Motivate, manage and inspire your DM client project teams and individuals to deliver projects
Liaise with client and DM stakeholders at all levels to effectively communicate management information
Ensure the levels of quality and accuracy meet with company and client requirements
Identify and report to DM and client's risks and opportunities in line with recognised project management methodologies
Work with your team to identify commercial opportunities which may be beneficial to DM and its clients
Ensure that your projects adhere to the company business plan goals and are commercially viable at all times
Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies; prepare up to date compliance documents for our clients
The successful candidate will:
Have Previous experience within project management
Have Previous experience in leading a team
Be an excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
Have great IT skills & be confident with Microsoft products
Have good numeracy skills and financial understanding
Be highly organised with great attention to detail
Be a keen problem solver
