Position Title:Sales Trainee

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of sales strategies for the valve business in China, helping achieve regional targets.
- Participate in building an efficient sales operations system to improve productivity and drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to increase revenue and market share in existing and emerging markets.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with industry experts and key clients.
- Work closely with planning, product management, and engineering teams to advance product-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 2026 graduates, as well as outstanding graduates from 2024 and 2025, are eligible.
- Majors in Building Environment, Energy, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred.
- Clear and persuasive communication, with the ability to influence others through business judgment and pragmatic thinking.
- High standards of professional integrity and ethical awareness.
- Willingness to travel as required.
