Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par les Ministères français de l’Europe et des Affaires Etrangères, du Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances et du Ministère de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial. 

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de BusinessFrance. 

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE : 

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire) 

• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays. 

• Être impérativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

Un poste sous contrat VIE Legal counsel Intellectual Property est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus SAS à Getafe (Spain). Vous rejoindrez le département Légal Propriété Intellectuelle. 

Description du poste : 

Le poste de VIE consistera à soutenir le travail juridique en matière de propriété intellectuelle, principalement dans le domaine des marques, des droits d'auteur et des droits connexes, en appui à la direction de la Communication d'Airbus ainsi qu'à différents départements de l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Communication, juridiques et opérationnelles afin de garantir les droits de propriété intellectuelle et de renforcer le positionnement de la marque. Ce rôle est idéal pour les personnes intéressées par le droit de la propriété intellectuelle qui s'épanouissent dans un environnement dynamique et rigoureux. 

Ce poste en VIE peut également être l'opportunité de lancer et de construire votre carrière dans le domaine du droit de la propriété intellectuelle. 

Le poste est à pourvoir le 1er octobre 2026 pour une durée de 12 mois.

Vos missions et responsabilités

Vos principales missions et responsabilités comprendront le soutien juridique principalement dans le domaine des marques, des droits d'auteur et des droits connexes, et notamment :

• Fournir des conseils juridiques sur diverses questions de propriété intellectuelle à la Communication et à d'autres départements concernant la création, l'exploitation et la protection des marques, des droits d'auteur et des droits connexes.

• Effectuer des recherches de disponibilité de marques et conseiller sur leur faisabilité.

• Gérer les procédures d'enregistrement et de suivi des marques (prosecution) pour le portefeuille Airbus Commercial, y compris piloter les conseils juridiques externes. 

• Rédiger et réviser des contrats de licence de marques et de droits d'auteur ainsi que d'autres documents juridiques, et assurer leur suivi.

• Améliorer, mettre à jour et créer des modèles pour divers documents juridiques.

• Gérer, analyser, évaluer et suivre les dossiers de contrefaçon et d'application des droits.

• Participer aux activités quotidiennes telles que répondre aux e-mails, participer aux réunions et fournir un soutien juridique continu à la Communication et aux autres départements.

• Préparer des sessions de sensibilisation internes relatives aux marques et aux droits d'auteur.

Compétences requises

• Titulaire d'un Master en droit de la propriété intellectuelle ou d'une qualification juridique équivalente.

• Bonne connaissance du droit (européen) de la propriété intellectuelle et du droit des contrats dans un environnement international et/ou formation spécialisée en droit des marques/droits d'auteur.

• Une première expérience en cabinet de propriété intellectuelle ou en entreprise (juriste interne) est un plus.

• Maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ; la maîtrise du français et/ou de l'allemand est un plus.

• Fortes capacités d'analyse et de recherche.

• Flexibilité pour voyager si nécessaire selon les besoins du poste.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria. 

VIE Main Requirements:

- European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)

- Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

- Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

Job description:

Airbus SAS is looking for a VIE to reinforce its Legal Affairs Intellectual Property team. 

Within the Legal department, the Airbus Intellectual Property Function is looking for a VIE in the Legal Affairs Intellectual Property team. This position would be located in Getafe (Spain).

The position of VIE shall support the legal intellectual property work mainly in the field of trademarks, copyrights and related rights in support to Airbus Communications as well as various Airbus departments companywide. 

You will closely work with the Communications, legal and business teams to ensure intellectual property rights and strengthen brand positioning. 

This role is ideal for individuals interested in intellectual property law who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

The VIE position may also give the opportunity to start and build your own career in the field of intellectual property law. 

The position can start on October 1st, 2026 for a duration of 12 months.  

Your tasks and responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include legal support mainly in the field of trademarks, copyrights and related rights, and in particular:

• Providing legal advice on diverse intellectual property issues to Communications and various other departments regarding the creation, exploitation and protection of trademarks, copyrights and related rights

• Conducting trademark searches and advising on trademark availabilities

• Managing trademark prosecution for the Airbus Commercial portfolio including directing outside counsel

• Drafting/reviewing trademark and copyright licenses and other legal documents, including ensuring its follow-up

• Improving, updating and creating templates of various legal documents

• Handling, including analysing, assessing and conducting, infringement/enforcement cases

• Engaging in daily activities such as responding to emails, participating in meetings, and providing ongoing legal support to Communications and various other departments

• Preparing internal awareness sessions related to trademarks and copyrights. 

Professional requirements

• Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law or a comparable appropriate legal qualification 

• Good knowledge of (European) intellectual property law and contractual law within an international environment and/or specialized training in trademark/copyright law

• Initial experience in either private IP practice or the industry (in-house) is a plus

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Have the flexibility to travel if necessary as per the requirements.
