Job Title: EUC Ops Sr. Analyst
Role Description:
- Manage End User Computing (EUC) operations, ensuring efficient provisioning, configuration, and support of end-user devices.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize EUC services, focusing on user experience and operational excellence.
- Analyze and report on EUC metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance service delivery.
- Support incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of end-user issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to EUC processes, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in projects related to the deployment of new technologies and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to the end users.
- Provide training and support to users on end user services and technology solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in EUC, IT support, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of end-user technologies including desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Experience with IT service management tools and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and support tools.
