CACI seeks a Systems Engineer to join our team and guide capabilities development across several of our programs. You will collaborate with our teams and facilitate deliveries to our customers.

More About the Role:

Responsibilities may include:

  • Leading, managing, and authoring program documentation.
  • Decomposing requirements and working closely with development teams to build, integrate, and test.
  • Facilitating the Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, scrum, etc.).
  • Validate that the delivered product meets the defined acceptance criteria and fulfills customer needs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to make informed product decisions.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum:  Bachelor’s degree in a related field, from an accredited institution or equivalent

Experience:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance and pass a CI poly
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated (non-academic) experience in a similar role
  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
  • Time management and organizational skills including the ability to work in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to manage daily activities
  • Ability to create original documentation
  • Familiar with JIRA and Confluence Atlassian tools

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI w/ CI poly

Desired Certifications:

  • Cloud certification (AWS)
  • Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner
  • PMP
  • Security+

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience supporting DoD or Federal agencies
  • Knowledge of Agile product management tools and practices
  • Experience demoing a product
  • Experience managing developers

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$69,100 - 141,500 USD
