Acrisure London Wholesale

Acrisure London Wholesale is a fast growing, and dynamic division of Acrisure Re UK Limited, placing open-market facultative insurance and reinsurance business for retail and wholesale insurance broking clients. We are seeking a motivated contract wording specialist with at least 4 year’s experience to work alongside two dedicated specialist professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and deliver reinsurance contracts to internal and external clients that accurately reflect negotiated terms. 
• Deliver all contracts in a timely manner.
• Revise documents as needed throughout the lifecycle of the (re)insurance placement and evaluate contract revisions holistically to ensure contract terms continue to align.  
• Practice the collaborative, negotiation and investigative skills needed to secure detailed contract information to promote efficient workflow with broker teams. 
• Make informed, thoughtful and relevant recommendations to the contractual product, raising potential issues as appropriate. 
• Offer informed interpretations of contract language, ensuring contract wording reflects intent of reinsurance negotiations. 
• Proactively recommend coverage and wording enhancements and raise potential coverage issues, as appropriate. 
• Engage in calls with clients, markets and colleagues in a professional manner. 
• Leverage excellent writing skills to influence internal and external business partners and expedite contract negotiations. 

Experience required:

• At least 4 years’ experience and expertise in the construction of insurance and facultative reinsurance
• Knowledge of Market Reform Contracts
• Required ability to work within a team framework
• Reporting to COO
