Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Android application development.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team to ensure high performance and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic and technical decision-making.
- Design and deliver solutions that can be scaled and reused across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, code reviews, and best-practice discussions to strengthen team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Must Have Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Android Application Development.
- Proficient in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Hands-on experience with Android Studio and UI design tools.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and back-end service integration.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 9 years of experience in Android Application Development.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Role based in Bengaluru.
