Arkansas Oral & Facial Surgery Center is on the search for a Registered Nurse extraordinaire! In this role you will assist in oral surgical procedures with the best professionals in the oral surgery industry. At Arkansas Oral & Facial Surgery Center our patients are assured respect and uncompromising care. Professional improvement, ongoing training and continuing education is emphasized, encouraged and promoted to ensure the best patient care with the best clinical and office staff.
The RN will help ensure the highest quality of care is provided. They will also assist with clinical and technical procedures under the direct supervision of a licensed surgeon or dentist. Assist with general operatory, instruments and equipment for treatment.
A few of the Job Duties:
Assess and chart observations.
Administer medication, vital signs.
Assist with surgeries
Educate patients and their families on proper care strategies and procedures.
Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests.
Other duties prescribed by the surgeon.
Qualifications:
Clinical skills
Bedside manner

Administering medication
Medical teamwork
Multitasking, listening, and verbal communication
Health promotion and maintenance

Maintains dependable job attendance.

Work Independently
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN)
1-2 yrs experience
Active applicable Arkansas state licensure
BLS and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certified.
Excellent computer skills
